Safeguarding Customer Information
We only grant access to nonpublic personal

specifically management and receptionists.

preferred communication methods; credit card
details, including the three-digit code that
appears on the back of your credit card:
date of arrival and departure and travel
history. We may also record details on joint
travelers, including their names and
frequent flyer numbers, and the age of the
driver of the rental car. Your credit card
information is deleted from our reservation
system once you check out (or once your
arrival date has passed if you do not turn
up), and is no longer retrievable, however,
your other information remains on file in
case of future reservations.
Our Code of Conduct requires that your
information remain confidential. Even if you
are no longer our guest, we will continue to
treat your nonpublic personal information in
the same way as if you were still a
customer. In addition, we maintain physical,
electronic and procedural safeguards that
comply with federal standards to guard this
personal information. Some state laws may
further restrict the sharing of your
nonpublic personal information.
Collection of Information
